Remember! Every email you compose and send in this class must follow these guidelines, regardless of who the recipient is:
- Subject line is short and descriptive
- A greeting is included ("Dear Bob," "Hello", "To Whom it may concern" etc.)
- The message is free of spelling and grammar errors, including ALL CAPS and txt spk.
- A salutation is included ("Sincerely," "Thank you," etc.)
- All emails sent outside of this room must be approved by the teacher.
